FIRST READING of bill to limit Short-Term Rental Home permits to one per person and one per property; expand notification requirements for Bed and Breakfast Home and Short-Term Rental Home permit applications; establish that family trusts may hold Bed and Breakfast Home and Short-Term Rental Home permits; and amend Chapters 19.64 and 19.65, Maui County Code, for clarity and consistency; and 2. FILING of communication.
