"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX C, DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, WAILUKU-KAHULUI COMMUNITY PLAN AREA, CENTRAL MAUI LANDFILL LAND PURCHASE" The purpose of this bill is to amend the project description for the Central Maui Landfill Land Purchase to change the location of the property from "east/northeast of Central Maui Landfill Phase I" to "southeast of Central Maui Landfill Phase V".
