"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.06A.080, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FOR AGRICULTURAL WATER CONSUMERS FROM RESTRICTIONS OR MANDATES DURING WATER SHORTAGES" The purpose of this bill is to increase the amount of time, from 90 days to 180 days, agricultural water consumers are exempt from water shortage restrictions or mandates imposed by Section 14.06A.060, Maui County Code.
