"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3.44.015 AND 3.88.070, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CONSERVATION EASEMENTS" The purpose of this bill is to amend Sections 3.44.015 and 3.88.070, Maui County Code, to allow the Director of Finance to acquire conservation easements without further council approval.
