"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, COUNTYWIDE, COUNTYWIDE FEDERAL AID PROGRAM" The purpose of this bill is to amend Appendix C of the FY 2023 Budget by amending the project description for a South Kihei Road pavement project and increasing the appropriation by $2,073,400 for the Countywide Federal Aid Program.
