"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.35, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FUND" The purpose of this bill is to provide a stable and continuing source of funding to be used for planning, administering, and constructing affordable and workforce housing projects and to provide a policy for the use of the funding.
