"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 2924 (CONDITIONAL ZONING) FOR EMERGENCY AIRSTRIP OPERATIONS AT KAPALUA AIRPORT" The purpose of this bill is to allow emergency airstrip operations at Kapalua Airport by amending the propertyʻs Conditional Zoning under Section 19.510.050, Maui County Code.
