"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII FOR ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE FROM THE STATE OF HAWAII TO THE COUNTY OF MAUI FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING THE LĀNAʻI AGRICULTURAL PARK" This bill proposes to authorize the Mayor of the County of Maui to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Hawaii for an assignment of lease from the State of Hawaii to the County of Maui for approximately 100 acres of land, described as tax map key (2) 4-9-002:001 (POR), for the purpose of establishing the Lānaʻi Agricultural Park.
