"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.48, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY DEDICATED AS ʻĀINA KŪPUNA" The purpose of this bill is to amend Subsection B of Section 3.48.361, Maui County Code, by changing the required aggregate real property taxes assessed on a property for the ten tax years prior to an initial application for a dedication of real property as ʻāina kūpuna from exceeding $50,000 to exceeding $10,000.
