"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY (US ARMY) REGARDING A DESIGN AGREEMENT FOR THE IAO STREAM, MAUI, HAWAII - FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT" The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the United States Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers, to complete the design of the Iao Stream Flood Control Project.
