"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, WAILUKU-KAHULUI COMMUNITY PLAN AREA, WAR MEMORIAL GYM BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS" The purpose of this bill is to amend Ordinance No. 5392, Bill No. 69, CD1, FD2 (2022), by amending Appendix C - Capital Improvement Projects, as it pertains to the Department of Parks and Recreation, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, War Memorial Gym Building Improvements by increasing the appropriation by $3,350,000.
