"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, LANAI COMMUNITY PLAN AREA, LANAI YOUTH CENTER AND SKATE PARK" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget, Appendix C, Capital Improvement Projects, Department of Parks and Recreation, Lāna‘i Community Plan Area, by increasing the appropriation for the Lāna‘i Youth Center and Skate Park by $5,168,000.
