"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO ESTIMATED REVENUES; DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, LANAI COMMUNITY PLAN AREA, PARKS AND RECREATION, BOND FUND, LANAI YOUTH CENTER AND SKATE PARK; TOTAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT APPROPRIATIONS; TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS (OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS)" The purpose of this bill is to amend the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget by 1) increasing Estimated Revenues for Bond/Lapsed Bond by $5,168,000; 2) amending Section 4.E.4.a.(2).(i), Department of Parks and Recreation, Lāna‘i Community Plan Area, Parks and Recreation, Bond Fund, by increasing the appropriation for the Lāna‘i Youth Center and Skate Park by $5,168,000; and 3) adjusting the totals accordingly.
