"A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.38.020, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO HAWAIIAN CULTURAL RESTORATION REVOLVING FUND" The purpose of this bill is to add Pākalā (including Kamehameha Iki Park) to the list of historic and cultural sites eligible for preservation and restoration under the Hawaiian Cultural Restoration Revolving Fund.
