  5. A RES2026-008 Resolution to designate the City of Smyrna, Georgia a Bee City USA affiliate and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents

B ATH2026-099 Authorization to approve Georgia Power acquiring one permanent easement from the City of Smyrna located at 3515 McCauley Road for the new proposed underground power service installation that will service the new Tolleson Aquatics Facility and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.

C ATH2026-093 Authorization to purchase a 2027 Ford F-550 4x4, 6.7L Diesel Osage Super Warrior Type I (transport capable rescue) in the amount of $480,000.00 to be purchased from Ten-8 Fire and Safety (1591 Collier Rd. Forsyth, Ga.) using the Florida Sheriffs Bid (FSA25-VEF19.0 Fire Rescue Vehicle, Boats & Equipment Item 258), funded by the Vehicle Replacement Fund, and allow finance to amend the budget appropriately and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents. This item was tabled from the July 20, 2026 Mayor and Council meeting at the request of Council.

D ATH2026-102 Approval for change order to complete additional work for the Tolleson Aquatic Facility Project in the amount of $588,926.34 (2022 SPLOST) for Reeves Young, LLC, (45 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA 30518), amend the 2022 SPLOST project length budget by the same amount, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
