8. A CON2026-014 Approval to amend contract with Rebuilding Together Atlanta, Inc. (3060 Peachtree Road NW, Suite 1810 Atlanta, GA 30305) for administration of City’s CDBG Home Repair Grant to allocate an additional $125,000 to the program, extend the contract termination date to June 30, 2027, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.

B CON2026-016 Approval of contract renewal and rate increase for wrecker and towing service for the City of Smyrna with Barrow Wrecker Service (2267 Dixie Ave SE, Smyrna, GA 30080) for the recovery of disabled City of Smyrna vehicles and to provide wrecker/towing/storage of disabled motor vehicles in violation of city, county, state law or federal motor carrier safety violations with a renewal extension through June 30, 2027 to align with the fiscal year and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related items.
10. C AGR2026-024 Approval for the renewal of the Professional Services Agreement with City of Smyrna Government Affairs Consultant, Mr. Kash Trivedi in the amount of $72,000.00 beginning July 1, 2026 and continuing until June 30, 2027 and have the Mayor sign and execute all related documents.

D ATH2026-081 Authorization to approve the City of Smyrna acquiring eighty-four (84) square feet of land or a 12’ x 7’ Water Easement from Campbell High School located at 2620 Ward Street in order for the City of Smyrna to be able to access and maintain its water meter and infrastructure that is located off the right-of-way and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.

E ATH2026-083 Authorization to approve WK Dickson & CO., LLC, an Ardurra Company (1350 Church Street Ext NW #200, Marietta, GA 30060) to begin Phase I (Task Order #6) of a citywide multiyear multiphase Stormwater Watershed Masterplan Project in an amount not to exceed $201,100.00 to be funded from the FY26 Operating Budget Engineering Professional Services line item and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
13. F ATH2026-079 Approval of the 2028 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Cobb County and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute any related documents.

G AGR2026-028 Approval of the proposed agreement with Croy Engineering (200 Cobb Parkway North, Building 400, Suite 413, Marietta, Ga. 30062) for professional services for Program Management of the 2022 SPLOST as requested for the Fiscal Year 2027 in the amount of $625,000.00 for the projects as outlined in the attached proposal.

20. E AGR2026-016 Approval of Amendment No.5 to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY24 Subrecipient Agreement No: CD24-C24S8 to extend the termination date for the agreement to December 31, 2026, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.

F AGR2026-026 Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY26 Subrecipient Agreement No. CD26-C26S8 to increase the award by $82,741.62 and reallocate the Administration and Planning budget to Public Facilities, increasing the Public Facilities award to $302,597.00.
22. G ATH2026-073 Approval to conduct a classification and compensation study, using Evergreen Solutions, LLC as our consultant, for an amount not to exceed $54,000 as approved in the FY 2027 budget and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
23. H ATH2026-075 Authorization to approve agreement with NetPlanner Systems, Inc. (3145 Northwoods Parkway, Suite 800, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071) for technology infrastructure installation under the state contract 99999-SPD0000172-012 (Integrated Security and Surveillance Products and Services) and 99999-SPD-SPD0000210-0012 at the new City of Smyrna administrative office space located at 1088 Concord Road SE in an amount not to exceed $231,311.50 funded by 2022 SPLOST, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
24. I ATH2026-085 Formal approval to rename Glendale Place to the west of South Cobb Drive to Jay Wallace Way and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents
25. J ATH2026-087 Approval to close King Street between Bank Street and Powder Springs Street from June 11, 2026 through July 19, 2026 for the downtown event Cup Daze, celebrating the FIFA World Cup games to allow pedestrian traffic during peak hours of use at the Village Green Space.
