A AGR2026-001 Authorization for a proposal for the services of Rec Technologies (2261 Market Street SE, Suite 22268, San Francisco, CA 94114), a proprietary technology platform, to be implemented by the department for the management and registration of facilities and programs throughout for an initial cost of $49,700.00 and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
8. B ATH2026-001 Authorization to approve the reclassification of the Water & Sewer Director and Assistant Director positions and incorporate the Water & Sewer Department back under the Public Works umbrella and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
9. C RFQ26-014 Authorization to approve the contract based off RFQ-26-014 to C.W. Matthews Contracting CO. Inc. (1600 Kenview Drive, Marietta, GA. 30060) in an amount not to exceed $4,094,504.67 to be paid from LMIG Funds & 2022 SPLOST - Resurfacing line item for the milling and overlay of city streets and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
10. D RFP26-012 Authorization to approve the contract based off RFP-26-012 to Georgia Waste Systems, LLC (Waste Management) ( 3001 South Pioneer Drive SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 ) and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
11. E CNV2026-001 Authorize and approve a Quit-Claim Deed conveying a segment of land that parallels the rear of the property of 2641 Brown Circle SE. The parcel segment to be deeded (McGriff Street) is a portion of an old road never constructed and previously abandoned but is shown on the recorded subdivision plat and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
12. F BCA2026-001 Appointment of Deputy Fire Chief Dustin Davey and Special Projects Manager Carson Haynie to serve as alternate members of the License and Variance Board effective February 1, 2026.
