A AGR2025-018 Approval of the proposed agreement with Croy Engineering (200 Cobb Parkway North, Building 400, Suite 413, Marietta, Ga. 30062) for professional services for Program Management of the 2016 SPLOST as requested for the Fiscal Year 2026 in the amount of $156,000.00 for the projects as outlined in the attached proposal.

(3060 Peachtree Road NW, Suite 1810 Atlanta, GA 30305) for administration of City's CDBG Home Repair Grant to allocate an additional $125,000 to the program, extend the contract termination date to June 30, 2026, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.

Broad Street, Suite 1010, Columbus, OH, 43215) for Public Art Consulting Services for a term of one (1) year, effective April 23, 2025, and continuing through April 22, 2026 with compensation of services provided not exceeding $25,000.00 and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.

K ATH2025-105 Approval of the Special Event Permit for VRS to host the 'Race to See 5K' on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 6:00AM – 9:30AM with rolling road closures to begin at Brinkley Park on Legion Drive, Dunn Street, King Springs Road, Concord Road, Atlanta Road (runners will remain on sidewalk), Collier Drive, Dunn Street and Legion Drive ending at Brinkley Park, with signage posted at each intersection one week prior to event.

Q ATH2025-111 Approval for issue of permit to Special Blends Mobile Bartending for permission to conduct beer, wine, liquor and mixed drinks sales at the City of Smyrna Juneteenth event on Thursday, June 19, 2025 between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. under the direction of the Smyrna Parks & Recreation Department, within the event area of Village Green Park.

R AGR2025-030 Approve the Church Street Drainage Improvement Project, subject to receiving a donation of storm water easements from The Village Oaks Homeowner's Association, approve the Settlement Agreement negotiated by GIRMA resolving Collier and Sterling v the City Of Smyrna and authorize the mayor to sign all related documents.
