A CHOR2025-002 Approval of change order to revise the ramps for the speed humps at each bridge on the local access lanes the Windy Hill Road contract with Baldwin Paving, (1014 Kenmill Dr. N.W., Marietta, GA 30060) in the amount of $68,095.64 and close the local access lanes eastbound from 8:00 pm Friday, January 31, 2025 until 5:00 am Monday, February 3, 2025 to allow construction without constructing temporary lanes at an additional cost and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
9. B CHOR2025-003 Approval of the change order to RFQ-018 in the amount not to exceed $270,000.00 and amend contract price with Smith Pipeline Inc. ( 400 Bohannon Rd, Fairburn, Ga 30213 ) for the Doeskin area project increasing contact amount from $806,414.00 to $1,076,414.00 to be paid for from 2025 Water CIP Fund and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.

C ATH2025-020 Authorization to approve the city owned roadway and pathway lighting along Atlanta Road from Flemming Street to Concord Road to implement an ongoing maintenance and replacement schedule for the fixtures and the conversion of all existing fixtures from HPS (high pressure sodium) to new LED fixtures to be performed by GA Power for a monthly service fee and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
