C AGR2024-053 Approve an Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Real Property with Piedmont Forrest Corporation regarding the purchase of 2.39 acres located at 1088 Concord Road SE, Smyrna, Ga in the sum of $1,712,500.00 and authorize the chairman and/or other officer of the DDA to execute the agreement and all related closing documents.
