Request approval of a Resolution to approve a Lease Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia (Tenant) and SELIG Enterprises, LLLP (Landlord) for the purpose of continuing the lease for the operations of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office at 5210 Philip Lee Drive, Atlanta, Georgia; to authorize the Chairman to sign the Lease Agreement and related documents; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the Lease Agreement and related documents as to form and to make any modifications thereto in order to protect the interests of the County prior to execution; and for other purposes.
