Request approval to amend the Community Development Block Grant CV-3 contract with the City of College Park to extend the contract end date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024 to allow the city additional time to provide citizens in need with rent, mortgage and/or utility assistance. No additional funds are requested. The existing funding level for the contract will not change as a result of this amendment. The County Attorney is authorized to approve the contract amendment as to form and make changes thereto prior to execution. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)
