(Hapeville, GA) in the amount not to exceed $400,000.00; (B) Johnson Controls, Inc. (Roswell, GA) in the amount not to exceed $400,000.00; and (C) Daikin Applied Americas, Inc. (Marietta, GA) in the amount not to exceed $400,000.00, to provide on-site preventive and predictive maintenance services for chillers on an “as needed” basis for all Fulton County facilities.
