Request approval of a contract between Fulton County, Georgia and The National Black Arts Festival, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation, for the purpose of providing funding in the amount of $200,000.00 to provide expanded operational resources as well as educational and arts-related services to the citizens of Fulton County. The term of the contract is effective upon execution through December 31, 2023. (APPROVED)
