Request approval to amend the Community Development Block Grant CV-3 contract with the City of College Park and the City of East Point to provide additional funding in the amount of $76,427.50 each to allow the cities to continue to provide emergency assistance to constituents affected by the COVID 19 pandemic; to authorize the Chairman to execute the contract amendment; and to authorize the County Attorney to approve the contract amendment as to form and make changes thereto to protect the County’s interest prior to execution.
