Request approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between Fulton County and the Bear Creek Nature Center, Inc. for the purpose of providing funding in the total amount of $700,000.00 ($200,000.00 non-recurring recurring for environmental education programming and $500,000.00 non-recurring for capital improvements).
