The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services operates a federally funded Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). Finance is requesting Board authorization to continue to contractually participate in the program which will allow eligible Fulton County water and sewer customers to enroll, as approved by the Board of Commissioners last year.
