Additionally, requesting authorization of the Chairman to execute the MOU and authorization for the County Attorney to approve the MOU as to form and to make necessary changes thereto prior to execution. The funding highlighted in the MOU is from the Federal Department of Homeland Security and approval of this item will not require the expenditure of any additional County funds.
