Request approval of a Resolution by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to provide for appropriation and donation of $300,000.00 to access Reproductive Care-Southeast Inc. (ARC), a non-profit, to support the reproductive health care Services provided by ARC; to authorize the County to enter into a Contract for Services with ARC to effectuate the donation; to authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract for Services and other related documents; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the Contract for Services as to form and make changes thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.
