Request approval of a Resolution to approve individual Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) between Fulton County, Georgia and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office with the Cities of John’s Creek, Georgia, Milton, Georgia, Sandy Springs, Georgia and Roswell, Georgia to provide for the housing of inmates at the Alpharetta Jail; to authorize the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners to execute the Intergovernmental Agreements; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the Intergovernmental Agreements as to form and to make modifications thereof prior to their executions; and for other purposes.
