Request approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between Fulton County, on behalf of the Fulton County Library System, and Vision to Learn to provide free eye screenings for kids during Summer Reading beginning June 1, 2022. The service will be at no cost to Fulton County and will be located at jointly agreed locations.
