Commission District(s): All Districts Stormwater Fee Increase - The proposed fee increases are from currently four dollars ($4.00) per month per equivalent residential unit to; Eight dollars ($8.00) per month per equivalent residential unit for the year 2023. Nine dollars ($9.00) per month per equivalent residential unit for the year 2024; and Ten dollars ($10.00) per month per equivalent residential unit for the year 2025 and for every subsequent year, subject to adjustment through official action of the DeKalb County Governing Authority. Out of these fees, an annual fund of $350,000.00 from the Stormwater Utility Fund shall be established for the purposes of supporting a Green Schoolyards and Educational partnership with the DeKalb County School System (DCSD.
