1. 2 Resolution 2026-143: A resolution providing for the adoption of the Clayton County Fiscal Year 2027 budget; to provide for the appropriation of expenditures and accounting of anticipated funding sources; to establish a legal level of control for the fiscal year 2027 budget for each fund of the County; to prohibit the expenditure of expenses exceeding the actual funding available; to provide for the circumstances under which the budget may be amended by the Board of Commissioners, the Chairwoman, the Chief Financial Officer or the Budget Officer; to provide an effective date of this resolution;
