County Attorney Reports Attorney White indicated that a phone call was recently received from the Attorney General’s Office inquiring as to whether the County Attorney’s Office (CAO) would like to weigh in on a question which has been posed and deemed that the CAO would have an interest in what the outcome may be. She related that the CAO does have an interest and would like to weigh in on the matter; and that a vote in support is needed from the Board since the Attorney General requires that the CAO provide minutes of the meeting, along with a legal memorandum in support of the position that they will be taking; whereupon, she indicated that she is requesting a vote by the Board to approve the participation of the CAO.
