In an additional deviation from the agenda, Chair Eggers referenced a letter sent from Mr. Burton to Commissioner Nowicki regarding some concerns and indicated that he would like to utilize this opportunity to discuss the issues addressed in the letter and determine if the members desire a presentation from Attorney White regarding language within the Charter which relates to the Commissioners and their actions; whereupon, lengthy discussion ensued. Chair Eggers then indicated that he is not sensing support for further discussion at this time.
