  1. A Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners recognizing January 2027 as the 200 th anniversary of the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.
  2. B Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit Application for Top Vet, LLC
  3. C Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Work Authorization #05 for CM3597, TRP Construction Group, LLC for Over-Lay Nassau County Roads in the amount of $127,290.57.
  4. D Approve and authorize the Chair to sign CM3627-A1, an Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fernandina Beach and Nassau County for Ocean Rescue Services.
  5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Amendment CM3903-A2 for Southeast Highway Guardrail & Attenuators, LLC to increase the initial term by an additional $112,292.00.
  6. F Consider the following: 1) Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival 2026/2027 Season; and 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM3955-A1, a Sponsorship Agreement with The Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival, Inc. to host the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival 2026/2027 Season, in the amount of $50,000.00.
  7. G Consider the following: 1) Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the Amelia Island Opera 2026-2027 season; and 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4188, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Amelia Island Opera Inc. to host the Amelia Island Opera 2026-2027 season, in the amount of $19,000.00.
  8. H Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4196 with U.S. Water Corporation Services for professional utility advisory services in the amount of $378,000.00.
  9. I Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Grant (EMPA), Contract No. CM4200, between Nassau County and the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of $105,806.00; 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
  10. J Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Watershed Planning Program Grant Agreement for Nassau River Basin Watershed Master Plan, Contract No. CM4204, Nassau County and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) in the amount of $300,000 and associated Budget Resolution; and 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
  11. K Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Watershed Planning Program Grant Agreement for St. Marys River Basin Watershed Master Plan, Contract No. CM4205, Nassau County and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) in the amount of $300,000 and associated Budget Resolution; and 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
  12. L Approve request from Hilliard Middle Senior High to hold a parade on October 2, 2026 from approximately 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on County Road 108 between Oxford and Ohio Street.
  13. M Approve and authorize Human Resources to renew the Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/STD/LTD plans.
