1. A Presentation of Certificate to Mr. Mobley, Maintenance Operator Trainee with Nassau County's Road Department, recognizing him as Nassau County's Employee of the Quarter.
2. B Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Memorandum of Agreement between St. Johns River Water Management District and Nassau County for Coastal Habitat Rehabilitation and Restoration Projects.
3. C Approve and authorize the Chair to sign WA29 to Contract No. CM3621 with S2L, Inc. for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and reporting of the Landfill Gas Collection and Control Systems at the West Nassau Landfill, in the amount of $174,338.00.
4. D Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No.CM4189 with Innovative Interfaces Incorporated for upgrades to the Integrated Library System in an amount not to exceed $255,882.80 over the five-year term of the contract.
5. E Consider the following: 1) Approve and ratify the attached PO modification approval in the amount of $125,600.00; and 2) Authorize the County Manager to approve future WEX purchase orders based upon available budgets.
6. F Approve and authorize Tech Services to submit an application for the 2026-2027 Florida Local Government Cybersecurity Grant Aide through the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) in an estimated amount of $167,000.00.
7. G Approve County staff to proceed to closing pursuant to the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement with Gannon and Sarahbeth Woods, Contract No. CM4180, for the purchase of improved real property at 942611 Old Nassauville Road, for the purchase price of $379,000, and authorize County Manager to sign any closing documents
8. H Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the contribution letter supporting the NRCS Regional Conservation Partnership Program ("RCPP") "Corridor to Coast" project proposal submitted by the North Florida Land Trust ("NFLT").
9. I Set a Board of County Commissioners Workshop for August 24, 2026 at 3:00pm to discuss the CIP and FY 26-27 budget.
