  1. A Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Underground Easement to Florida Power & Light to grant a 5-foot wide utility easement adjacent to William Burgess Boulevard and Liberty Cove Parkway
  2. B Approve the release of retainage of Contract No. CM4116 to KBT Contracting Corp, LLC for the rehabilitation and repair work performed on Evans Rendezvous, in the amount of $8,586.09.
  3. C Approve the recommendations of the Opioid Settlement Task Force Advisory Committee to allocate the $430,627 of regional funds to Starting Point, Coalition for Community Health, and Inspire to Rise. Direct staff to complete any required implementation plans and filings with the State.

G Confirm County’s acceptance of dedication of Liberty Cove Parkway and Liberty Crossing to the County via final plats, and authorize County Manager to provide written confirmation of $1,869,375 in mobility fee credits to Liberty Cove Nassau, LLC pursuant to Mobility Donation and Credit Agreement.
  8. H Approve and Authorize the Chair to Sign Contract No. CM4176 with Optima Construction Management, LLC for the Construction of the Nassau County Fire Rescue Station 20 Crew Quarters Expansion in the amount of $964,276.00
