  1. A Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, designating July 25-August 1, 2026 as Gullah/Geechee Nation Appreciation Week.
  2. B Approve and Authorize the Chair to Sign the Resolution authorizing the Supplemental Grant Agreement No. 1, Contract No. CM3337-A1, with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) extending contract time to June 30, 2029 for the repairs including resurfacing of a segment of CR121 Phase 2 from CR119 to Otis Road to US 1
  3. C Approve the release of retainage to CM3824 for McCall Construction Management, LLC for the construction completion of Westside Regional Park Phase 1 in the amount of $1,067.618.68
  4. D Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Change Order 01 to Contract No. CM3856 with WSB LLC for Construction Engineering Inspection Services for the CR 121 Road Improvements Project Phase 1 in the amount of $265,417.67.
  5. E Approve and authorize Finance Package 2026-18 and associated Resolution
  6. F Approve Draft Minutes from meetings held on June 8, 17, and 22, 2026, and July 13 and 15, 2026.
  7. G Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 136.06(1) .
  8. H Presentation of the FY 2026-2027 tentative budget; set tentative millage rates; set date & time of the first public hearing (staff recommends September 14, 2026, at 5:01 p.m.); authorize OMB to electronically sign/submit the DR-420s. (A full presentation of the FY 2026-2027 budget was held during the BOCC Workshop on July 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.)
  9. I Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution Adopting The 2026 Beach Maintenance and Monitoring Plan.
  10. J Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution allowing 14 additional parcels, as identified in Appendix A, to the Conservation Lands Acquisition and Management (CLAM) Program’s current Priority Group and Eligible Group Projects list, consistent with the recommendation of the CLAM Committee.
  11. K Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fernandina Beach and Nassau County to allow the City to manage conservation lands acquired through Conservation Lands Acquisition and Management (CLAM) Program.
  12. L Consider the following: Upon BOCC approval of the Interlocal Agreement between the City and County regarding long-term maintenance, 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement, as amended, and all closing-related documents for acquisition of the Greenway Trail Extension’s Twenter parcel in the amount of $210,000.00, 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to take necessary administrative actions to finalize closing.
  13. M Consider the following: Upon BOCC approval of the Interlocal Agreement between the City and County regarding long-term maintenance, 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and all closing-related documents for acquisition of the Greenway Trail Extension’s Lavender Parcels in the amount of $310,000.00, 2) Authorize the County Manager or designee to take necessary administrative actions to finalize closing.
  14. N Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4180, the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement, with Gannon and Sarahbeth Woods for the purchase of property at 942611 Old Nassauville Road, in the amount of $379,000.
