Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4170, with Facilities Automation Solutions, authorizing to provide security camera installation and support for locations throughout the County in an amount not to exceed $775,858.00.

Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Change Order No. 3 for Contract No. CM4047 with MAER Homes, LLC dba MAER Construction for the acceleration of Phase 2 construction activities for the Amelia Island Parkway and Buccaneer Trail Roundabout Project in the amount of $244,857.25.
