1. A Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4170, with Facilities Automation Solutions, authorizing to provide security camera installation and support for locations throughout the County in an amount not to exceed $775,858.00.
2. B Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Change Order No. 3 for Contract No. CM4047 with MAER Homes, LLC dba MAER Construction for the acceleration of Phase 2 construction activities for the Amelia Island Parkway and Buccaneer Trail Roundabout Project in the amount of $244,857.25.
3. C Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. CM3888 with STV, Inc. for additional pedestrian facilities design, intersection control analysis, and landscaping/irrigation design for the Amelia Island Trail Phase 4 in an amount of $191,984.32.
4. D Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to Contract No. CM3482 with Purvis Gray & Company, to extend the term of the Contract to September 30, 2027, and increase the compensation by $244,330.00.
5. E Approve Draft Minutes from meetings held on May 11, and 20, 2026, and June 8, 2026.
6. F Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 136.06(1).
7. G Consider a Resolution closing, vacating, and abandoning an existing public roadway, or renouncing and disclaiming any right or interest of Nassau County and the public to said roadway, known as Police Lodge Road
8. H Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Developer’s Agreement with Three Rivers Developers, LLC regarding abandonment of Police Lodge Road and developer roadway improvements, and to sign the acceptance of the Temporary Access Easement.
9. I Consider the following: 1) Approve the Defense Community Infrastructure Program (DCIP) Grant application, through the US Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation, for FY2026, in the amount of $11,682,000.00; 2) Approve and sign the Letter stating no match; and 3) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant application.
10. J Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Certification Regarding Scrutinized Companies and Foreign Country of Concern Attestation; 2) Approve and authorize the County Manager to execute the grant amendment with the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice, for the Nassau County Sheriff’s Work Ethics and Training (SWEAT) Program, upon receipt of the finalized amendment; 3) Authorize the Chair to sign the associated Budget Resolution; 4) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further do
