  1. A Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners proclaiming the week of May 10 – May 16, 2026, as Police Officers Memorial Day, and Wednesday, May 13, 2026, as Peace Officers Memorial Day, in Nassau County, Florida.
  2. B Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners proclaiming the week of May 17 – May 23, 2026, as National Emergency Medical Services Week.
  3. C Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners designating May 2026 as Older Americans Month.
  4. D Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners proclaiming May 2026 as Lupus Awareness Month.
  5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit Renewal Application for Freedom Waste Management, LLC for an additional five years.
  6. F Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Solid Waste Haulers Permit Application for Reliable Rolloff & Restroom Solutions, LLC
  7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution establishing conditions for the issuance and retention of Temporary Certificates of Occupancy for structures utilizing impact and mobility fee credits for replacement structures and approve the associated affidavit and information guide.
  8. H Consider the following: 1) Approve grant reimbursements for the LignoTech Economic Grant Agreement, Contract No. CM2327-A2, up to $190,223.28; or 2) Provide additional direction on the payment of grant reimbursements for the LignoTech Economic Grant Agreement submitted; a portion thereof, or none at all.
  9. I Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the first amendment to CM3335 continuing contract with WSB, LLC for professional construction and engineering inspections services.
  10. J Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Piggyback Agreement No. CM3745-A2 with Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC to add newly installed equipment to the service agreement in the amount of $32,250.00 per year.
  11. K Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Mills Creek Preserve, Contract Number CM4147, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, and Mills Creek Preserve, LLC.
  12. L Approve and authorize Finance Package 2026-11 and associated Resolution
  13. M Consider a Resolution to enable parcels of land located within the William Burgess Mixed-Use Activity Center Overlay District which include conflicting zoning and land use categories to be corrected during a timeframe of seven months
  14. N Adopt a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, adopting the Public Lands Inventory for property to which the County holds a fee simple title that is appropriate for use as affordable housing.
  15. O As directed by Nassau County School District Resolution No. 1378 and Section 1011.73(2) of the Florida Statutes: Consider a Resolution providing for a Referendum Election to be held during the 2026 General Election to determine whether the Nassau County School District may continue to levy up to an additional one mill of ad valorem millage pursuant to Section 1011.71(9) and 1011.73(2) of the Florida Statutes.
  16. P Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the three Reservation and Sales Agreements with Pigeon Creek Mitigation Bank, LLC, and to proceed with payment of the required deposits and full purchase prices as outlined in the agreements, total not-to-exceed amount: $2,000,000, and the associated Budget Transfer
  17. Q Consider a Resolution extending the State of Emergency in Nassau County, Florida related to open burning and brush fires
  18. R Set a Special Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on May 18, 2026 at 4:00 pm for the Board to consider extending the Local State of Emergency for a burn ban in Nassau County
  19. S Consider LDC25-007 and Ordinance 2026-028, an amendment to the Nassau County Land Development Code, Article 44, Transect Based Zoning District (TBZ), and Article 45, Timber to Tides Design Overlay Community Based Design Standards.
  20. T Pass on First Reading a Temporary Moratorium Ordinance imposing a temporary moratorium on the acceptance, review, or approval of applications for development permits, development orders, rezoning, or site plans related to Data Center Facilities for up to twelve (12) months and set for second hearing on June 8, 2026.
