2. B Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners proclaiming the week of April 19 – April 25, 2026, as National Library Week in Nassau County, Florida.
3. C Approve a Proclamation designating April as National Donate Life Month
4. D Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida proclaiming April 25, 2026, as American Legion Family Day.

7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign CM3499, an Assumption Agreement allowing for LJA Engineering, Inc., to assume all rights, claims, interests, and obligations under the contract due to the acquisition of Peters and Yaffee, Inc., by LJA Engineering, Inc.
8. H Acknowledge the County’s acquisition of, and acceptance of maintenance for, approximately 0.20-acre parcel at 86067 Pages Dairy Road as part of Yulee Sports Complex expansion, effective March 6, 2026, pursuant to Contract No. CM3974 with Coalition for the Homeless of Nassau County, Inc.
9. I Approve and authorize the Chair to sign CM3998, an Assumption Agreement allowing for LJA Engineering, Inc., to assume all rights, claims, interests, and obligations under the contract due to the acquisition of Peters and Yaffee, Inc., by LJA Engineering, Inc.
10. J Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4117 with One Stop Utilities LLC., for the reconditioning of the Scott Road Stormwater Lift Station in the amount not to exceed $155,363.30.
11. K Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Piggyback Agreement CM4126 with Jaypro Sports, LLC, for sports equipment in a not to exceed amount of $170,412.25.
12. L Consider the following: 1) Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the Fernandina Beach Kingfish Tournament and Fishing Rodeo; and 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4129, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Nassau Sport Fishing Association, Incorporated to host the Fernandina Beach Kingfish Tournament and Fishing Rodeo, in the amount of $10,000.00.
13. M Informational only: Nassau County Property Appraiser's Office letter regarding the Chester Road address change to Riverbluff Parkway
14. N Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Contract No. CM4124 with ACON Construction Co., Inc., for the construction of the new Fire Station 30 in the amount of $6,136,747.00
