2. B Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County Florida, proclaiming April 2026 as Landscape Architecture Month and April 1, 2026 as Landscape Architecture Day.
3. C Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, proclaiming April 6-12, 2026 as Florida Public Health Week.
4. D Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, proclaiming March 29, 2026 as Education and Sharing Day.
5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution authorizing the Supplemental Agreement of the State Funded Grant Agreement Contract No CM3649-A1 with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the engineering and permitting for new road construction of CR108 Extension from US 17 To Chester Road.
6. F Authorize and approve the Chair to sign Work Authorization CM3815-WA28 with Jax Utilities Management, Inc., for storm drain installation, repair and replacement services of Barnwell Road in the amount of $303,205.19.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to Park Donation and Credit Agreement with Liberty Cove Nassau, LLC, regarding the Linear Park and E3.1 Park within the Liberty Cove development.
8. H Approve County staff to proceed to closing pursuant to the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement with Michael L. Broussard P.A., Contract No. CM4002, for the purchase of a vacant parcel at 462974 State Road 200 and near the property for the future Animal Resources Campus, for the purchase price of $270,000, and authorize County Manager to sign any closing documents.
9. I Staff requests approval and adoption of the Building Department Application and/or Permit Cancellation Refund Policy as presented.
10. J Approve a Resolution addressing the date Constitutional Offices, Department of Health, and Courts Submit their Respective Tentative Annual Budget Requests to the Board of County Commissioners.
11. K Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 136.06(1).
12. L Sheriff's Business - Authorize use of $20,000 from the Crime Prevention Trust Fund to be donated to the Family Nurturing Center in Nassau County to provide a safe and nurturing environment for families impacted by domestic troubles.
13. M Approve the Nassau County Transportation Plan endorsing authority to transport persons in crisis due to mental and/or substance use conditions, as required by Florida Statute Chapter 394.462.
14. N Approve and Authorize the Chair to sign Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. CM3944 with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for Construction Work and Materials for the CR 121 Phase 1 Resurfacing and Safety Improvements Project in the amount of $2,387,121.61.
15. O Approve and authorize the Chair to sign CM4116, with KBT Contracting Corp for the construction of Evans Rendezvous Infrastructure Repairs in the amount of $383,000.00.
16. P Approve Finance Package 2026-8 and associated Budget Transfers and Resolutions
17. Q Approve Finance Package 2026-7 and associated Resolutions to carry forward funds and make adjustments from the closeout of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 based upon cash forward calculations; and to amend various revenues in the current year.
18. R Public Hearing to adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Section 4-9 of the Code of Ordinances regarding alcohol consumption in public spaces.
