2. B Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners declaring the week of March 16 – March 20, 2026, as Government Finance Professionals Week in Nassau County, Florida.
3. C David Hearn, Deputy Public Works Director, to present the Asphalt Contractors Association of Florida, Inc. District 2 Roads and Streets Builder of the Year Award: Hubbard Construction Inc., and Nassau County.

5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to approve payment of the Project Invoice – Final Retainage to ACON Construction Company Inc., in the amount of $30,813.42.
6. F Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract Amendment CM3601-A3 for Kelly Klean, LLC in the amount of $200,725.00.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment for Contract No. CM3660-A1 with Meridian Waste Florida, LLC in the amount not to exceed $136,308.98.
8. H Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4093, the State Funded Grant Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the design, construction, construction engineering, and inspection for the Intersection Improvements on SR 200 at William Burgess Boulevard, and associated Resolution.
9. I Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Callahan Country RV Resort LLC described in the Official Records Book 2382 Page 393 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
10. J Approve draft minutes from meetings held on February 9, 18, 23, 26, and 27, 2026.
