1. A Consider a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners proclaiming March 9-15, 2026, as Flood Awareness Week in Nassau County.
2. B Approve and authorize Finance Package 2026-6 and associated Resolution
3. C Approve the revised Local Housing Assistance Plan for fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution approving the Local Housing Assistance Plan, as amended.
4. D Approve the revised Local Housing Assistance Plan for fiscal years 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution approving the Local Housing Assistance Plan, as amended.
5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4101, the State-Funded Grant Agreement with FDOT for the Pratt Siding Road Reconstruction Project and accompanying Resolutions.
6. F Approve and authorize its Chair to sign the resolution establishing 25 MPH speed limit on Cypress Trail in Fernandina Beach and authorize staff to post the 25 MPH speed limit signs on Cypress Trail.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Lisa S. Rosenblum described in the Official Records Book 2331 Page 1890 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
8. H Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Nicholas George Dodys and Eydie Morgan Dodys described in the Official Records Book 2836 Page 1619 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
9. I Tax Collector’s Business: Request to utilize the News-Leader for advertising of unpaid property taxes.
10. J Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 136.06(1).
11. K Cancel the Board of County Commissioners Meeting on May 25, 2026, due to the holiday.

L CPA25-029: Consider and Transmit Ordinance 2026-021, an amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) of approximately 55.27 acres located at the northeast corner of I-95 and SR 200 from Commercial (COM) to Transect 4.5 (T-4.5).
