1. A Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, proclaiming February 22 – February 28, 2026, as National Engineers Week.
2. B Presentation of Certificate to Ms. Amy Bell, Operations Manager with Nassau County’s County Manager Department and Ms. Crystal Raulerson, Animal Control Officer II with Nassau County's Animal Services Department, recognizing them as Nassau County's Employees of the Quarter.
3. C Recognize Employees for Years of Service

D Consider the following: 1) Approval of Florida Department of Health, Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support Emergency Medical Services (EMS) County Distribution in the amount of $5,712.75, and corresponding Budget Resolution; 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this distribution.
5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Work Authorization #04 of CM3335 with WSB, LLC for 2025/2026 pavement overlay inspection services in the amount of $145,026.75.
6. F Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM3379-A2 with Advanced Roofing, Inc. for continued on-call roofing services in the amount of $150,000.00.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Piggyback Agreement CM4090 with Jax Utilities Management, Inc. for Roadside Ditch Cleaning and Rehabilitation with a not to exceed amount of $2,400,000.00
8. H Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Sylvester H. Pickett, Jr. and Julie Pickett described in the Official Records Book 2664 Page 1778 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
9. I Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Grant of Easement from property owner Gary Robert Deehan, Jr described in the Official Records Book 2821 Page 1422 and approve the Road Department to maintain the drainage easement.
10. J Approve County staff to proceed to closing pursuant to the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement with Coalition for the Homeless of Nassau County, Inc., Contract No. CM3974, for the purchase of a vacant parcel at 86067 Pages Dairy Road adjacent to the Yulee Sports Complex, for the purchase price of $80,000, and authorize County Manager to sign any closing documents
