1. A Approve the appointment of Chandler Johnson (Occupational), Rachel Roberts (Fire Related Occupation), Gary Haydu Jr. (Engineering/Architecture Occupation) to the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals to a term of February 9, 2026, through May 31, 2028.
2. B Approve and authorize the Chair to Sign the Release of Retainage for CM3670 CGC, Inc for Henry Smith Road Improvements in the amount of $124,984.44.
3. C Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Second Amendment to Contract No. CM3802 for Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, for an additional year, expiring June 7, 2027, in the amount of $100,000.00.
4. D Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract CM4061 with Brooks Building Solutions, Inc. for the installation of new air handlers for units 12, 13, & 14 at the Nassau County Detention Center in the amount of $299,960.00.
5. E Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4088 to POD, LLC for Caulking, Pressure Washing, Painting, and Sealing Services on an as-needed basis in the amount of $900,000.00.
6. F Sheriff’s Business: Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4085, the Victim of Crimes Act Grant agreement, with the State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General, for FY2025-2026, in the amount of $37,811; and 2) Approve and authorize the County Coordinator, as defined under the County’s Grant Manual Policy, to sign all further documentation in relation to this grant.
7. G Sheriff's Business - Authorize the use of $3,000 from the Crime Prevention Trust Fund to donate $1,000 each to West Nassau High School, Yulee High School, and Hilliard Middle-Senior High School, to assist in transportation to "Grad Night" in Orlando.
8. H Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute 136.06(1).
9. I Approve draft minutes from meetings held on January 12, 21, 26, and 27, 2026.
10. J Consider and approve the Public Private Partnership Policy Update in accordance with amended State Statutes
11. K Approve the Local Mitigation Strategy as submitted by Nassau County Emergency Management and the Unincorporated Nassau County LMS Annex to the Local Mitigation Strategy, for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Community Rating System (CRS).
12. L Public Hearing to consider adoption of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 30 ¾ of the Nassau County Code of Ordinances Utilities to create a new article III to be entitled “Franchises” to set forth the policy and procedures for granting franchises.
13. M Consider and approve Ordinance 2025-068 for CPA25-028 - comprehensive plan amendment for the reclassification of 10.5 acres of real property located on the south side of SR 200 between Arrigo Blvd. and Mt. 14.
