1. A Consider a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners proclaiming January 31, 2026, as "American Beach Day" and recognizing the 91st Anniversary of American Beach.
2. B Sherri Mitchell, Nassau County Economic Development Board re: Update
3. C Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4028, a Funding Agreement with the Nassau County Economic Development Board for FY2025/2026 in the amount of $100,000.
4. D Consider the following: 1) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among the BOCC, JAXUSA, and NCEDB in the amount of $25,000 per year for FY 2025/26 through FY 2029/30; 2) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the BOCC and the SBDC in the amount of $50,000 for calendar year 2026.
5. E Clerk of Courts Business: Accept into the record by the Board the various warrants/wires and disbursements pursuant to Florida Statute 136.06(1).
6. F Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution updating the Purchasing Policy Signature Authorities for the Board of County Commissioners.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4086 with Wildlight, LLC, for the East Nassau County Planning Area Mobility Improvement Reservation Agreement.
8. H Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor the 10th Annual Fish to Fork and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4079, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Omni Amelia Island, LLC to host the 10th Annual Fish to Fork, in the amount of $40,000.00.
9. I Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor The Amelia and approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4078, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Hagerty Events, LLC to host The Amelia.
10. J The Board may approve the Economic Development Grant as presented or provide alternative terms and conditions or deny the grant request.
11. K Authorize the Chair to sign the Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement and First Amendment with Callie’s on the River, Corp., Contract No. CM4001 and CM4001-A1, for the purchase of a 134-acre riverfront parcel at 181040 Autumn Road, for the purchase price of $2,420,000, and authorize County Manager to sign any closing documents.
12. L Consider updates to the Tourist Development Tax Ordinance to dissolve the current Trade category of spending and create the amended the proposed spending categories as set forth in the Ordinance and recommending such updates to the Board of County Commissioners
13. M Consider the following: 1) Approval of Ordinance 2025-041, an Amendment to Chapter 1, Article X, of the Nassau County Code of Ordinances, to update the Economic Development Grant (EDG) Program; and 2) Approval of a Resolution to establish the List of Target Industries and List of Target Development Areas
14. N Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 18 ¼. pertaining to the regulation of Nuisances.
15. O Appointment of John Richard Hern as the alternate member of the Canvassing Board for Election Year 2026.
