1. A Recognize Employees for Years of Service
2. B Approve and authorize its Chair to sign the Resolution establishing 35 MPH speed limit on Swallowfork Avenue in Callahan and authorize staff to post the 35 MPH speed limit signs on Swallowfork Avenue.
3. C Consider the following: 1) Review and approve the Draft List of North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Priority Projects; 2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign resolutions expressing the Board’s support and authorizing submission of applications for funding
4. D Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax revenues to sponsor EcoTourism Programs and Wild Amelia Nature Festival and approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM 4080, a Sponsorship Agreement with Keep Nassau Beautiful, Inc. to host EcoTourism Programs and Wild Amelia Nature Festival, in the amount of $30,000.00.
5. E Approve a Resolution authorizing the use of Tourist Development Tax Revenues to sponsor the Songwriters Festival and approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract No. CM4077, a Sponsorship Agreement with the Fernandina Songwriters Foundation Inc. to host the Songwriters Festival April 9 through April 11, 2026, in the amount of $15,000.00.
6. F Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Contract Number CM4084 with NV5, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services for Phase 1 of Hendricks Road Extension, Amelia Concourse & CR 107 Mobility Improvements in the amount of $1,399,139.79.
7. G Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Blackheath Park (2025SCR0033), Contract Number CM4087, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, and Capital Consultants, LLC, James E. Willyoung, Kimberly W. Gray, H. E. Williams.
8. H Consider the following: 1) Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution relating to posting No Thru Trucks signs on County Road 121 from County Road 119 to the Duval/ Nassau County Line during the County Road 121 resurfacing and safety improvements construction project; 2) Approve designated staff to install both “No Thru Trucks” and “Local Deliveries Only” signs on County Road 121 from County Road 119 to the Duval/Nassau County Line.
9. I Staff recommend approval of a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners approving the updated Priority Group and Eligible Group ranking list for consideration under the Conservation Lands Acquisition and Management (CLAM) Program, as recommended by the CLAM Committee.
10. J The County Attorney seeks the advice and direction of the Board of County Commissioners on potential amendments to Chapter 4, Section 4-9 of the Code of Ordinances regarding alcohol in public places.
