  2. B Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, recognizing Bradley Pierson on his retirement from Nassau County Fire Rescue.
  3. C Approve a Proclamation of the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, recognizing William Davis on his retirement from Nassau County Fire Rescue.

  5. E Presentation by Inspire Placemaking, LLC re: 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update development process.
  6. F Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Resolution authorizing the creation of the Nassau County Insurance Advisory Committee.

J Consider the following: 1) Approve allocation of State Housing Initiatives Partnership funding for the demolition and reconstruction project for Lisa Holton, 55403 Cook Drive, Callahan, FL in the amount of $137,000.00; 2) Award Invitation to Bid NC25-029 to FLO Construction for State Housing Initiatives Partnership Rehabilitation Project 242LH-508; 3) Authorize the County Manager to execute any and all necessary contracts, contract amendments, approval forms and related documents, contingent upon review and approval by the County Attorney

  12. L Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign CM4015 with Nassau County Mental Health , Alcoholism, and Drug Abuse Council, Inc. dba Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare for the FY2025/2026 Funding Agreement in the amount of $315,000.
  13. M Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for the first four properties of Thomas Creek Land Acquisition Project.
  14. N Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Change Order No. 06 to Contract No. CM3670 with CGC, Inc. for the construction of Henry Smith Road Improvements in the amount of $129,960.79.
  15. O Approve and authorize the chairman to allocate up to $222,452.39 to Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HGMP) 4806-(109) Debby or TC004.

  17. Q Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4043 with A Plus Construction Services, Inc. for the restroom installation project at Wilson Neck Boat Ramp in the amount of $228,000.
  18. R Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign CM4035, with Bozard Ford, Inc., in the amount of One Hundred, Three Thousand, Six-Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and 00/100 ($103,683.00), per the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract Piggyback Agreement.
  19. S Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Work Authorization No. 06 of Contract No. CM3359 for Crawford Road asphalt repairs in the amount of $342,696.08.
  20. T Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4066, the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Ocean Gardens development, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, Norman Showers Revocable Trust Dated 4-9-2004 and Ocean Gardens Amelia Land Trust.
  21. U Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4067, the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Westerly Park 1B development between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, and Pulte Home Company, LLC.
  22. V Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Contract No. CM4065, the Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Agreement for the proposed Mt. Zion P1-2 development, between the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, the Nassau County School District, and Oglethorpe Development LLC.
  23. W Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Piggyback Contract CM4054 with Romtec, Inc., for Design and Supply for Prefabricated Restroom at Wilson Neck in the amount of $185,073.00.
  24. X Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the African-American Historical and Cultural Grant Agreement Amendment with the Florida Department of State, for Evan's Rendezvous Infrastructure Repairs, to extend the deadline to June 30, 2026.
